Diabetes happens when the body contains high blood sugar. It is a non-curable disease. However, one can overcome it by knowing its symptoms and types.
Diabetes:
The food we eat (carbohydrates) broke into glucose, a type of sugar. These sugars are released into the bloodstream and exposed to the pancreas. Pancreas then secretes insulin.
This insulin transports sugar into cells throughout the body, which helps glucose to use as energy. The entire process is the normal function of the body.
But the problem occurs when,
- insufficient insulin production by the pancreas,
- the body is not able to utilize the glucose from the food,
- and cannot use it as energy.

A lack of insulin production or an insufficient response to insulin defines type 2 diabetes. Because of which the number of glucose in the bloodstream goes up. About 90% of people are diagnosed with this type of diabetes.
Type 2 refers to lifestyle disease. Generally, people in their 40s experience type 2. Its symptoms are gradual. Sometimes it goes unnoticed for up to 10 years before diagnosis.

Causes:
Its type lead to the causes of diabetes.
